By registering for or participating in this virtual or online event (the “Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

internet connectivity issues

technology failures

interruptions beyond the control of the Event organizers
By participating in the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
3. Technology & Platform Disclaimer
The Event organizers will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Event is delivered as scheduled. However, the organizers are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by:

platform failures
technical difficulties
cybersecurity incidents
participant hardware or connectivity issues
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and technology required to participate in the Event.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Event organizers, hosts, speakers, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:
participation in the Event
access to the Event platform
technology interruptions
interactions with other participants.
5. Educational Purpose Only
All information presented during the Event is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing presented during the Event should be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
Participants are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making decisions based on information presented during the Event.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Any strategies, case studies, testimonials, or examples presented during the Event are provided for illustration only.
No guarantees are made regarding financial results, business outcomes, or personal achievements.
Individual results vary and depend on numerous factors including:
participant effort and implementation
experience and background
market conditions
economic factors
other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
7. Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results arising from participation in the Event.
The Event organizers are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the implementation of ideas, strategies, or information shared during the Event.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to behave professionally and respectfully during the Event, including in chat discussions, Q&A sessions, breakout rooms, and networking sessions.
The Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event without refund if they engage in behavior that is:
disruptive
abusive or harassing
unlawful
inappropriate or damaging to the experience of other participants.
9. Confidentiality
Participants acknowledge that the Event may involve the sharing of confidential or proprietary information by speakers, organizers, or other attendees.
Participants agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute confidential business strategies, personal stories, or proprietary information shared during the Event without permission from the individual or organization that shared the information.
10. Non-Solicitation Policy
This Event is intended for learning, collaboration, and networking.
Participants agree not to use the Event primarily as a platform to sell, promote, recruit, or solicit business from other attendees without prior written permission from the Event organizers.
Unauthorized solicitation may result in removal from the Event without refund.
11. Non-Circumvention
Participants agree not to use contacts, relationships, speakers, vendors, or other connections introduced through the Event to bypass or compete with the Event organizers in relation to the Event or its programming.
12. Intellectual Property
All Event materials, presentations, frameworks, slides, documents, recordings, and other content are the intellectual property of the Event organizers and speakers.
Participants may not:
reproduce Event materials publicly
distribute Event recordings or documents
share proprietary frameworks or training materials
use Event content for commercial purposes
without prior written permission from the Event organizers.
13. Recording & Content Protection
Participants agree not to:
record the Event
capture screenshots of proprietary materials
livestream the Event
redistribute Event recordings or materials
unless explicitly authorized by the Event organizers.
Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in removal from the Event and potential legal action.
14. Media Release
The Event may be recorded by the organizers.
By participating in the Event, you grant permission for the organizers to record video, audio, chat interactions, or screen activity that may include your name, likeness, or participation.
These recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation.
15. Event Modifications
The Event organizers reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, platform, or format if necessary.
16. Force Majeure
The Event organizers shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
internet infrastructure failures
platform outages
cybersecurity incidents
government restrictions
natural disasters.
In such cases, the organizers may reschedule the Event or provide alternative access.
17. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds, transfers, and cancellations are governed by the refund policy stated at the time of registration.
Failure to attend the Event does not constitute grounds for a refund unless otherwise specified.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Event organizers for any claims related to the Event shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for Event registration.
19. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event organizer operates.
20. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the participant and the Event organizers regarding participation in the Event and supersedes any prior communications or agreements.
22. Agreement to Terms
By registering for this Event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of this Virtual Event Participation Agreement.
